For the Beef Mixture:

1 potato (grated)

For Baking:

1–2 tablespoons olive oil

Step 1: Prepare the Ground Beef

Place the ground beef in a bowl.

Pour hot water over it (just enough to cover lightly).

Let it sit briefly, then drain excess water if needed.

Using a press or your hands, smash and loosen the meat.

Shake it lightly with your hands to separate the texture.
Step 2: Make the Mixture

Add to the beef:

2 eggs

Butter
-
Grated potato and carrot
-
Chopped bell pepper

Chives and parsley
-
Crushed garlic
-
Salt, black pepper, paprika

Mozzarella cheese

Cream cheese

Mix everything thoroughly using your hands until fully combined and smooth.
Step 3: Shape the Patties

Place the mixture onto a plastic sheet or bag.

Spread and shape it into a large rectangle.

Using a round cutter (or any container), cut into equal portions.

Press each portion slightly to maintain shape.
Step 4: Prepare for Baking

Preheat oven to 356°F (180°C).

Grease a baking tray with olive oil.

Arrange the patties side by side on the tray.

Use a spoon to make shallow cuts/indentations on top of each patty (for even cooking and texture).
Step 5: Bake
