🛒 Ingredients

For the Chicken Mixture:

  • 2 chicken breasts (boneless)
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 grams mozzarella cheese (chopped or shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • Fresh chives (to taste, chopped)

For Cooking:

  • 2–3 tablespoons olive oil

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips.
  2. Then chop the strips into small bite-sized pieces.

Step 2: Make the Mixture

  1. In a large bowl, add:
    • Chopped chicken
    • 3 eggs
    • Mozzarella cheese
    • Mayonnaise
    • Salt
    • Black pepper
    • Paprika
  2. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.

Step 3: Add Dry Ingredients

  1. Add 1 cup wheat flour.
  2. Add chopped chives.
  3. Mix again until you get a thick, well-combined batter-like mixture.

Step 4: Cook the Patties

  1. Heat a pan and add olive oil.
  2. Spread the oil evenly using a brush or spoon.
  3. Take portions of the mixture and place them in the pan (like small patties).
  4. Flatten slightly for even cooking.

Step 5: Fry Until Golden

  1. Cook on medium heat until the bottom turns golden brown.
  2. Flip carefully and cook the other side until fully cooked and crispy outside.
  3. Remove and set aside.
  4. Repeat with remaining mixture.

Step 6: Serve

  1. Transfer to a plate.
  2. Serve hot.
